Refund & Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.
Returns
- All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. After your request is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the provided return form.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- To ensure a smooth process, customers must provide a clear photo of the items being returned inside the package at the shipping facility before sending them back.
- Returns without photo verification may delay the process or result in partial refunds if items are missing.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
- We will notify you once your return has been processed.
Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged item:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Take clear photos or videos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Contact us within 14 days with the documentation.
- If damage occurred during shipping or due to our error, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care are not eligible for return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Must include the original packaging.
- Must be free of damage, unless the damage occurred during shipping.
- In rare cases, we may provide a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If you are unsatisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement must be returned to qualify for a refund.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges).
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed, please get in touch with us.
